Wat Phrathat Sawi

Attraction Details :
This temple is located on the bank of Sawi River. The Chedi (or stupa) of the temple is believed to contain relics of the Lord Buddha. The legend of this Chedi dates back to the Ayutthaya period of the 17th and 18th centuries. Wat Phrathat Sawi contains the Phra Suea Mueang Shrine in front of the Chedi, located by the riverside.
The temple is open to visitors daily from 8.00 am-5.00 pm.
