Attraction Details :
The Catholic Church on
Chanthanimit Road on the river bank is the largest Catholic edifice in
Thailand. The church was built in 1909 in Gothic architectural style.
The original tall roof was taken down during World War II to make it
less conspicuous as a possible target.Opening hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
Getting there: It is accessible by the same road as Wat Phai Lom, about 1 Kilometers beyond, or from the city, cross the Wat Chan Bridge and continue on Chanthanimit Road before turning right to the church.
